The Onsite Customer Service Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and onsite assistance. You must be an expert in online platforms used to conduct digital sales or conversions on a website. Your responsibilities include updating the onsite content, monitoring the daily activities on the website and its overall performance to achieve goals like improving user experience, increasing website traffic and sales, and developing brand loyalty.

- Provide online customer service, operations, order processing support
- Handle daily orders, marketplace operation tasks, invoices, and reports follow-up
- Liaise with both internal and external parties for the daily operation to enhance workflow efficiency
- Work closely with business development including product listings, verifying contracts and orders
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned


- Diploma/Degree and at least 1 year of experience in E-Commerce, Business Administration and/or Marketing would be a big advantage
- Good organization, attention to detail, good time management, and takes initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
