Description

* Lead efforts to develop and optimize email, push, and in-app messaging across the entire customer journey from onboarding to dormancy.
* Analyze and build reporting on key engagement metrics. 
* Work with Data Analytics and Product teams to enhance and improve the data available for personalization and segmentation. This includes improving the intake of data and updating existing data
* Utilize A/B testing and work with content team from different markets to enhance the quality of copywriting.

Requirement

* Minimum of 1 year experience in developing and executing CRM related communication channels such as email marketing, push notifications, and in-app message.
* Highly analytical with a strong understanding of product engagement metrics and tracking/attribution platforms including the ability to pivot readily and react to real-time data
* Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
* Proficient spoken and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
* Experiences in working with designers and engineers is a plus 
* Experiences in e-commerce, start-ups, or travel industry is a plus.
* A growth mindset, a start-up attitude, and willingness to get your hands dirty is a must.
