Description

• Responsible in recruitment of Southeast Asia Team
• Research and develop recruiting leads
• Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
• Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
• Develop and keep track of recruiting metrics (i.e. time to hire, cost per hire, salary analysis)
• Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
• Research and choose job advertising options
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
• Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
• Manage recruitment databases
• Document and present detailed progress reports of recruiting campaigns
• Responsible in drafting Labor Law contract for different Southeast Asia Team
• Adherence to fair employment laws and practices
• Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners
• Responsible in processing legal documents of foreign employees

Requirement

• 8-10 years of experience in recruiting or similar HR role
• BS degree in Human Resources or any related field
• Excellent understanding of HR practices especially in recruitment processes
• Familiar or knowledgeable in Southeast Asia Labor Law
• Understanding of fair employment practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
• Good knowledge of candidates selection methods
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional work ethic
• Respectful and patient
• Comfortable with some travel (i.e. business trips)
• Understanding of Recruitment Marketing software is a plus
