Description

• To handle all order booking for Thailand office.
• To handle all administration task for regional offices.
• Perform order in an efficient timely and accurate manner.
• Responsible for inventory control are replenished accordingly.
• Communicate with our HQ for order booking.
• Reply customer enquiries regarding product problems, service questions and general client concerns
• Any other job related duties as assigned by the manager.
• Ensure all documents are kept and maintained in safe custody.
• Any other job-related duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• No work experience required.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Inventory Management, Customer Service
• Able to start work immediately
